    The bedstead head boards are manufactured from 40×40, 1 mm square steel tube.
    The upper connection part of the head is made of 20×20, 0,80 mm square steel tube. The side parts of the bunk bed are manufactured from 20×40, 0,80 mm square steel tube.
    The bottom grates in which the sheet metal bed base is placed are manufactured from 4 pieces 20×20, 0,80 mm square steel tube.
    Bed base bottom grates are obtained by increasing the strength by passing the double-sided press twisting from 3 pieces and 0,70 mm thick metal sheet.
    All the material is electrostatic powder coated.
    Demounted parts will be specially shrink-wrap and shipped.
    1st class material is used for all the products.
