The bunk bed head boards are manufactured from 40×40, 1,2 mm square steel tube.
The upper connection part of the head is made of 40×40, 1,2 mm square steel tube.
The side profiles are in 0.90 mm thickness and the strength is increased by double-sided press twisting and 10 cm traverse is obtained.
The bottom grates in which the bed base is placed are manufactured from 0.90 mm thickness 20x30 mm box profile in 10 pcs for each bed base.
The location of bed base will be constructed in such a way that, when the bunk bed is installed, bottom grates will be concealed and the bed and the sheets will be prevented from slipping by taking inside.
Stair rails and rungs are manufactured from 20×20, 0,90 m square steel tube.
All the material is electrostatic powder coated.
Demounted parts will be specially shrink-wrap and shipped.
1st class material is used for all the products.
