    • The bedstead head boards are manufactured from 30×30, 0,80 mm square steel tube.
    • The upper connection part of the head is made of 20x20, 0,80 mm square steel tube.
    • The side parts of the bunk bed are manufactured from 20x40, 0,80 mm square steel tube.
    • The bottom grates in which the sheet metal bed base is placed are manufactured from 3 pieces 20×20, 0,80 mm square steel tube.
    • Bed base bottom grates are obtained by increasing the strength by passing the double-sided press twisting from 4 pieces and 0,70 mm thick metal sheet.
    • All the material is electrostatic powder coated.
    • Demounted parts will be specially shrink-wrap and shipped.
    • 1st class material is used for all the products.
